• Discuss different approaches to solving problems as a team – The Six Thinking Hats & Brainstorming.
• Practical application on problem solving
• 4 types of conflicts within a team
• Ways of conflict resolution within a team

High performing teams and team members – wrap up

• Listed the key Characteristics of high performing teams and team members.
• Identify team members’ strengths and ‘ways to utilize them to improve team performance.
