Introduction:
A lot of studies indicate that employees usually spend at least 1/3 of their time in meetings that they regard as either unfruitful or wasteful. In this workshop we aim at directing employees and meeting holders on what to do prior, during and after a meeting to achieve maximum effectiveness and reach desired goals.

- Discussed how to lead effective discussions and facilitate meetings
- Practiced techniques to deal with counterproductive behavior and distractions.
